Outpatient Clinic and Main Lobby

The first of the 4 tenant fit-outs, the Outpatient Clinic and Main Lobby contain 12,000 SF of tenant improvements for office and clinical spaces as well as public areas and lobby construction.  Multiple exam and procedure rooms as well as nurses stations make for a highly interactive space.  High-end finishes including solid surface counter tops, wood ceilings, and decorative glass contribute to the unique features of this space.

 

Imaging Clinic

This 10,000 SF clinical office fit-out features MRI, CT, mammo, ultrasound, and x-ray imaging capabilities.  The space includes support rooms for each imaging procedure, nurses stations, break room, reading room, and reception and waiting rooms.  High-end finishes include solid surface counter tops, wood and sky ceilings, and decorative glass.

 

Specialty Clinic

The 8,000 SF Specialty Clinic includes tenant improvements for office and clinic space as well as reception and waiting rooms.  High end finishes include solid surface counter tops, field finished wood trim, and decorative glass.

 

Emergency Generator

A new Caterpillar 500 KW generator set will provide emergency back-up power for the entire 50,000 SF building.
