THE UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, THE SCHOOL OF LAW RENOVATION

The University of Richmond’s School of Law is receiving a 109,300 SF renovation to classrooms, offices, study spaces, a mock courtroom, and the William Taylor Muse Law Library.  The primary focus of the first phase of this renovation is to upgrade the mechanical, electrical, and fire protection building systems.  New interior finishes will be provided throughout the building with some floor plan modifications in the library along with the addition of an elevator.  The entire project will be performed in five phases over a period of approximately 22 months.
