UNIVERSITY OF MARY WASHINGTON - VIRGINIA HALL

Virginia Hall, the third oldest building on the University of Mary Washington campus (est. 1915)  was renovated to include the complete replacement of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well as ADA improvements, along with the installation of an elevator, steam line relocation, roof replacement, etc.  The three-story, 51,000 square foot project also includes the historical preservation of door trims, plaster, the original cast iron staircases, and original terrazzo floors.
