Matt Hollomon

During his 16 years with Kjellstrom + Lee working in operations, Matt has primarily fostered and focused on client partners in Charlottesville and in the Shenandoah Valley. Bridging the transition from preconstruction to operations and ensuring that K+L achieves the initial client goals and objectives is an emphasis that Matt strives for on every project. The theme of Kjellstrom + Lee being a “partner” to all clients and team members is an approach that Matt takes to heart and he carries this through in the day-to-day culture of the K+L operations. After a long and demanding day, Matt cherishes the lighter moments on-site with the K+L project team and trade partners.

Matt grew up in Norfolk and graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management. While Matt currently resides in Richmond, he and his family have called Lexington, Charlottesville, and Crozet home over the course of his career at Kjellstrom + Lee. 

Matt enjoys being active and exploring “all corners of Virginia” with his family. He also volunteers at his church on the Building and Grounds committee and at his children’s school where he has served as Chairman of the Advisory Board.
