20 year relationship that spans 1M SF of new construction and 1.4M SF of renovated space in Virginia and Georgia. Projects include $12 million phased renovations to SunTrust Headquarters with renovations to public areas such as retail banking and cafeteria areas; restacking of offices and cubicle areas; new executive suites; and elevator core upgrades.

 

Also included was the construction of a new 400,000 SF, 6-story office building on top of a 3-level, below-grade parking deck encompassing 587,000 SF for 1,231 vehicles. Building has architecturally significant exterior skin and includes 2-story atriums throughout.
