SPEARS FAMILY EPSILON EPSILON CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE

This project, to be known as The Spears Family Epsilon Epsilon Center for Excellence, includes the construction of a new housing and leadership training facility on the property of the historic Sigma Nu Fraternity Headquarters in Lexington, VA, .  The one story, 9,060 SF building will be wood framed with a brick exterior and will include Greek style columns at the front and back entrances. Also included will be conference and meeting rooms which will receive high end finishes and double the educational space. Dormitory spaces that will be able to accommodate up to 80 overnight guests, catering kitchen, and a small parking area will also be included.
