Kjellstrom &  Lee and Reynold's 12 year relationship includes work encompassing 233,000 sf of renovated occupied space and 270,000 sf of new construction. Renovations included the coordination of multiple end users on occupied campuses across several phases of construction, including the simultaneous removal and installation of two escalators. Tenant office build-outs include office space, conference rooms, and dining areas complete with high end finishes for tenants such as James River Insurance Company; ALCOA, Reynolds Development, Reynolds Test Kitchen and Reynolds Café, and other Fortune 500 companies.
