William & Mary - Monroe Hall
The Monroe Hall Renovation project is a four-story dorm room renovation of the historic Monroe Hall. The project includes a significant interior up fit while protecting certain elements of the existing building to retain the historic atmosphere desired by W&M. The construction process includes hazardous material abatement both interior and exterior, major interior demolition, underpinning of existing foundations, and refinishing of existing to remain building materials. The building is scheduled to receive all new MEP systems including a geothermal heat pump system, upgraded lighting, and a new 5-stop elevator.
