William & Mary - Housing & Dining

Welcoming new student in the fall of 2025, this wide ranging project will add over 1,200 new beds to William & Mary's campus with a new dining hall. The project includes geothermal systems and new landscape features adding to the aesthetic of William & Mary.

This project is being completed in conjunction with Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions.
