Washington and Lee University

Washington and Lee University’s Founders Hall project includes the demolition of the Early-Fielding Memorial Building and construction of a new facility to house Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Johnson Program in Leadership and Integrity. The building will feature offices, meeting and presentation spaces, a multi-story rotunda entrance, and an outdoor terrace for campus use, with a goal of achieving LEED Silver certification. The project also involves campuswide site and infrastructure adjustments, requiring phased construction and coordination to maintain operations and access throughout the duration of work.
