Washington & Lee University

Elrod Commons is the center of student life and activities on Washington & Lee's campus. The University bookstore, career services, student affairs, University security, student dining facilities, a convenience store, a theater, student organization offices, meeting rooms, lounge spaces, and outdoor amphitheater are all located within the Commons.  Kjellstrom and Lee renovated areas on the second and third floors  (approximately 26,000 sf)  of the building. The scope of work included demolition, concrete, steel, casework/millwork, interior finishes, glass & glazing/storefront, fire protection, mechanical & plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
