Rising 14 stories at the corner of Grace and Laurel Streets will be a pair of contemporary new residence halls for the students of Virginia Commonwealth University. In keeping with the pocket parks of the neighborhood, the buildings surround a courtyard that can be enjoyed inside or out with the featured curtain wall glazing. In addition to vibrant the student living space, the buildings will include dining and retail space on the ground-level to serve the campus at large.
