VCU - Jonah L. Larrick Student Center
Student commons, study space, restaurant, gym, dining services and a full scale Starbucks - the new Jonah L. Larrick Student Center is a one-stop-shop for VCU students on the go. Following a partial razing of the original 1961 building, the new structure is modern in design and contains all the necessary functions and features to suit even the most harried of multi-taskers.
Designed to combine intimate study zones and larger meeting spaces with food and fitness, students and staff alike will find the Larrick Center a welcome respite from the overcrowded dorms, libraries, dining halls and fitness facilities, which feature an expanded & enhanced fitness center with cardio and free-weight equipment, 2-court gym for basketball, volleyball and badminton, racquetball courts, and a 25-meter heated indoor pool & whirlpool spa.
