This development for the University of Virginia Foundation is located in downtown Charlottesville and includes a 7-story, 1,000 car parking deck with a pedestrian connector bridge that connects to the Battle Building Children's Hospital. The exterior combines architectural brick accents with a $1.4 million field set cast stone and masonry accent package that sits on a caisson foundation bearing on soft rock. Infrastructure features include an upgraded pneumatic tube system, chilled water lines, a high voltage duct bank for future projects, and a 150 KW Genset for emergency power.
