The University of Virginia Mail Order Pharmacy project involved a comprehensive interior renovation and expansion within an existing single-story building to support high-volume pharmaceutical operations.

Originally designed as a single-tenant space, the building was reconfigured to accommodate multiple tenants, including a dedicated mail order pharmacy, storage areas, and a call and business center. The renovation included modifications to the existing loading dock and the addition of a new dock, along with early installation of new rooftop units and a backup generator to maintain the project schedule. Construction was carefully phased to allow continued occupancy in a portion of the building throughout the project.

The completed facility features new office areas, call centers, a staff lounge, and an automated Parata fulfillment system within the pharmacy, supported by upgraded fire protection and MEP systems and finished with high-quality interior materials.
