SunTrust (now Truist)

Now housing more than 2,000 SunTrust employees engaged in various mortgage functions, some in a 24-hour capacity, this building features several amenities including a servery/dining facility, medical clinic, onsite security personnel, and exercise facility. Next on their list?  Parking!

Partnering with Kjellstrom + Lee and local architectural firm KEi Architects, a new 110,000 SF, 351 space precast parking garage was constructed. This project features  state-of-the-art PV Solar Panels and hybrid car charging stations.
