Prince George Parking Deck

Built to complement it's historical Colonial Williamsburg setting, this new brick colonial-style 120,000 SF, 3-level post-tensioned, cast-in-place parking garage was constructed for the for the city of Williamsburg, Virginia.

The parking deck includes a flat slab and beam design to create 60’ long spans foundation system utilized auger cast piles, pile caps, and grade beams. Project is located in a combination residential and shopping district with site limits of 10’ from the property to the face of the building. Project includes parking for 362 cars and features parking access control equipment.
