Virginia Military Institute

The project aims to renovate and expand by an additional 31,000 square feet within the Nichols Engineering Building, Nichols Annex, and Morgan Hall. This initiative will modernize classroom and laboratory spaces. The work will be conducted on an active site utilized by cadets, faculty, and staff, employing a phased approach to replace existing steam and chilled water infrastructure while minimizing disruptions. Additionally, the Nichols Annex will undergo a vertical expansion, requiring structural modifications in occupied areas.
