Byrd Street Parking Deck

Located on a tight downtown Richmond site within 20 feet of Fifth, Seventh and Byrd Streets, this 6-story parking deck required extensive coordination with City officials to minimize disruptions to public traffic flow and for material deliveries.  The open air parking deck has space for 901 vehicles, contains 280,000 SF, and is comprised of a precast concrete superstructure with masonry façade.
