Boar's Head Resort Spa Renovation

Continuing a long working relationship with the Boar's Head Resort, Kjellstrom and Lee renovated 4,000 SF of interior space for a new spa.  This project included an addition to the existing building for a new entrance and western façade, a complete roof replacement, new MEP equipment, new finishes and spa equipment, new steam room, massage and treatment rooms, as well as hair and nail salons.  Also included was smoke remediation of the area from a previous fire.
