Designed to offer a friendly, warm, safe and welcoming environment to families from Staunton, Waynesboro, Augusta and the surrounding counties, this 60,000 SF medical office building constructed for the University of Virginia Physician's Group houses the pediatrics clinic and its support services.

Also residing in the new space, the Commonwealth of Virginia Child Services & Licensing, Augusta Cardiology and Vascular Clinic and the HOPE Clinic; which is a group of dedicated medical professionals specializing in the diagnosis, treatment and long-term care of adult patients with cancer and blood disorders.
