Meet The Team

Principal
David Turner LEED AP
David Turner will function as Principal in Charge. He will be involved in every phase of the project and will have full authority to direct K+L’s efforts. David's experience will be invaluable to providing creative and forward thinking solutions to the project.

Vice President, Preconstruction
Jason Schools, LEED AP
Jason Schools will be the primary point of contact throughout the preconstruction phase leading up to and including the guaranteed maximum price proposal. He will be supported by Kjellstrom + Lee’s Preconstruction Department and selected members from the operations team who will assist in scheduling, constructability reviews, subcontractor qualification, and procurement.

Sr. Project Manager
Andrew Hawkins, P.E., LEED AP, BD+C
Andrew Hawkins provides overall administrative and technical direction and oversees total construction efforts to ensure project is constructed in accordance with contract documents. He will provide leadership to the construction management and supervisory team.

Project Manager
Richard Fronczak
Richard Fronczak provides overall administrative and technical direction and oversees total construction efforts to ensure project is constructed in accordance with contract documents. He will provide leadership to the construction management and supervisory team.

General Superintendent
Brett Tucker, LEED AP
Brett Tucker manages overall subcontractor (trade-partner) performance, serves as the schedule and sequencing strategy manager, as well as a resource manager as it pertains to supervisory/non-supervisory personnel, equipment, field technology.

Superintendent
Kirk Jackson
Kirk Jackson provides day-to-day direction, management, and coordination of all activities on the project site. Having worked on active college (specifically VMI) campuses, Kirk will focus his efforts on minimizing disruptions to continued operations. He specifically leads the on-site team with: safety, logistics, site coordination, quality control, and building inspections.

Superintendent
Phillip Jones
Phillip Jones provides day-to-day direction, management, and coordination of all activities on the project site. Having worked on active college and corporate campuses, Phillip will focus his efforts on minimizing disruptions to continued operations. He specifically leads the on-site team with: safety, logistics, site coordination, quality control, and building inspections.

MEP Coordinator
Tom Parietti, LEED AP
Tom Parietti will be the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Coordinator working with Jason Schools during preconstruction and the Operations Team throughout the project. Tom will be instrumental in the proper coordination, installation, start-up, and commissioning of the critical building systems from the early stages of preconstruction right through final turnover and warranty period.

Quality Control
John Keefe, E.I.T.
John will provide administrative support to the Project Managers and Superintendents during the construction phase of the project, managing all submittals, RFI’s, material tracking, field clarifications, as-builts, and other components of the project record. He will work diligently to coordinate installation requirements between trades and ensure that the procurement of all materials for the project is done in a manner to support their timely delivery to the jobsite for installation. John will also serve as primary Quality Control (QC) contact for the project, reporting directly on these matters to the Project Executive.

Lt. Colonel (Retired) Steve Wright
In joining Kjellstrom + Lee, Steven has been able to continue his life-long quest for public safety, this time in the construction arena. Steven is committed to safe working practices for not only Kjellstrom + Lee personnel, but also the personnel of our subcontractors as well as visitors and all others who have cause to be in or around our jobsites. Steven’s prestigious career in law enforcement has equipped him with a unique and thorough knowledge of all aspects of jobsite safety.

Diversity Coordinator
Jessica Marcus
Jessica Marcus will work with Jason and selected members of the operations team in our efforts to seek out small, women-owned, and minority firms (SWaM) who can collaborate with our client in order to produce diversity plans that exceed their requirements and expectations.
