UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, RYLAND HALL RENOVATION

Built in 1913, University of Richmond's Ryland Hall is the oldest on campus and is currently home to the history and English departments and other faculty. Phase I of this renovation will start in the late winter, 2020, and includes the installation of an elevator, complete extensive energy-saving improvements to HVAC systems, and the demolition and site utility enabling package for the existing building,
