UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, RYLAND HALL
The University of Richmond’s oldest building, Ryland Hall, built in 1913, currently houses the history and English departments and other faculty. The building will receive an extensive, phased renovation starting in late winter of 2020. Phase I will include the installation of an elevator, complete extensive energy-saving improvements to HVAC systems, and demolition and site utility enabling package for this existing building.
