THE VALENTINE COLLECTIONS REHABILITATION

Kjellstrom and Lee is once again partnering with The Valentine to construct the collections rehabilitation project.  The project is  a two-story expansion over the existing loading dock and will also include renovations to the second floor of the Cecil House and the second and third floors of the Valentine row houses and archive collections wing.  Between the addition and renovation, there will be structural additions and modification, repairs and modifications to the exterior envelope, roof replacement, modifications of the interior layout, and replacement of interior finishes.  The mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems will be replaced or modified as needed to support the new work.
