providing an entrepreneurial environment and co-working space, the Staunton Innovation Hub serves as a catalyst in establishing and growing leading edge businesses in the valley region of Virginia.  Kjellstrom & Lee's part in this endeavor will be to renovate approximately 25,000 SF of the historic building for four tenants: Mary Baldwin University MBA program, New Leader, Staunton Makers Space, and Innovation Hub, which is a coworking space. This project aims to receive Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits.
