COLLEGIATE SCHOOL - OATES THEATER

Located on collegiate school's campus in Richmond, Oates Theater has recently undergone a significant renovation.  The  25 year old theater received a substantial upgrade including the construction of a new concrete deck shaped like a scallop which now provides the entire audience with a  direct view of the center of the stage.  Seating was increased from 566 seats to over 700 seats and a balcony was created.  Also included were ADA improvements and an updated sound and lighting systems.
