This new parking facility located at Richmond International Airport consists of two four-level parking decks, each with the capacity for 1,200 cars (865,000 SF).  Each deck is connected by an elevated crossover and connected to the main terminal building by a covered walk-way.  The covered walkway, also constructed by Kjellstrom + Lee Construction, is a poured-in-place concrete elevated roadway sitting on concrete piles at the existing terminal building.
