This new open-air parking deck located in downtown Richmond, VA consists of  six stories with space for 901 vehicles. It is a 280,000 SF precast concrete superstructure with masonry façade. The deck was constructed on a tight city site bordered within 20' of Fifth, Seventh, and Byrd Streets.  Extensive coordination for material deliveries and with City Officials to minimize disruptions to public traffic flow was required. The job was completed one month ahead of schedule.
