Bacot Hall: Bacot Hall is one of the oldest buildings on St. Catherine's campus and is listed in the National Directory of Historical Places. This particular project includes the 31,500 SF complete renovation of an existing education building including the total replacement of mechanical and plumbing systems, upgrades to electrical distribution, and replacement of all finishes. The laboratory/science scope includes two new labs with associated prep rooms and lab storage totaling 2,200 SF, along with a new 6-stop elevator, two wheelchair lifts, wheelchair ramps, automatic door operators, all new ADA compliant door hardware, and new ADA compliant restrooms on each floor.
Ellett Hall: The Ellett Hall project includes the complete renovation of the 13,000 SF building. Renovations converted existing classroom and dormitory space into upgraded classrooms and faculty offices and included demolition and abatement along with HVAC and electrical upgrades and new passenger elevators.
Washington Hall & Dining: This project is a 38,600 SF renovation and addition to the Washington and Dining Halls. The scope of work includes the complete replacement of mechanical and plumbing systems, upgrades to electrical distribution, and replacement of all finishes. The middle school laboratory/science scope includes two new labs with associated prep rooms and lab storage totaling 2,300 SF. This project is ongoing.
