The Mary and Frances Youth Center is home to Lobs & Lessons, an after-school program that promotes education and life skills for more than 100 Richmond area youths each year through the combination of mentoring, tutoring, and teaching tennis skills. The project included a new 5,500 SF facility as well as two regulation tennis courts. The close location to an active hockey/soccer field required extensive coordination with VCU to ensure students’ safety and no disruptions to ongoing operations.
