The Heilman Dining Hall is a two-story, poured-in-place concrete with steel frame and masonry veneer addition to the  single-story side of the existing dining facility.   Significant renovations included:
  • Phased construction included site work,  additions/renovations, utility connections, and installation of kitchen equipment
  • Main level addition which is a below-grade area and houses expanded kitchen and new retail space
  • Upper level that includes new offices and Post Office 
  • 16,600 SF of heavy renovation for kitchen and servery areas
  • 4,000 SF of medium/heavy renovation to entry, elevator, and public toilets  
  • 15,250 SF of light renovation to dining rooms – primarily finishes and lighting
  • LEED Certified
