New six-level office building (400,000 SF) constructed on top of a three-level, below-grade parking deck encompassing 587,000 SF for 1,231 vehicles.   The central plant incorporates100% redundant electrical and HVAC capacity and consists of two 600 ton Trane centrifugal chillers and two 60 ton Trane centrifugal chillers. The 60-ton chillers are tied into the condensate loop to provide 24/7 cooling to critical areas during lower occupancy levels. Emergency power is provided by two 1100 KW Caterpillar gen sets and paralleling gear.
