This new 200,000 SF, seven-story shell and core steel frame Class-A office building includes state of the art video conferencing, electronics, a café, and parking for 825 vehicles. Kjellstrom + Lee Construction assisted the owner and the architect with environmental initiatives to certify the building with US Green Building Council’s LEED rating system. Tenant office build-outs include James River (60,000 SF); ALCOA (60,000 SF); Reynolds Development (6,000 SF); Reynolds Test Kitchen; and Reynolds Café.
