Located in Richmond's Monument Avenue historic district, the Shenandoah Building (built in 1915)  was converted into a fifty-four unit, 35,000 SF assisted living facility.  Partnering was required with the City of Richmond to provide cost effective solutions bringing eighty year old construction materials and methods into conformance with current building codes.
