This new facility consists of 29 cottages, 54 independent living apartments, 56 assisted living, 16 health care units, dining and full kitchen facilities, community center, maintenance building, guard house and related sitework and landscaping, along with a marketing center, all located on a 22-acre site (145,890 SF in the main building and 49,320 SF total in the cottages).
