Wella Corporation contracted with Kjellstrom + Lee Construction to build this design/build facility which consists of 230,000 SF with post-tensioned, slab-on-grade super flat floors for high bay rack storage and an insulated precast panel exterior.  The facility also includes 17,000 SF of office and laboratory space.
