The Pearce Science Center at Mary Baldwin College is a 2-phase project covering approximately 9,000 SF of the 40,000 SF building.  Phase 1 will start immediately with completion by August 2011 and Phase 2 will start immediately with completion by December 30, 2011.   Phase I will involve approximately 8,875 SF of the building on the first floor which will be renovated to create a new mammalian vivarium, an imaging suite with electron microscopes, a senior research space, a new classroom, and a new entrance to the building.   All work is scheduled to complete by the end of 2011.
