Renovations and repairs to the Watts House, a 2-story, 17,760 SF building. The project will enable the building to be used as a dormitory and includes the installation of a hip and gable roof system which will give the building a similar architectural style to blend with the majority of buildings on the campus. Scheduled for completion April 2012.
