Seven-story, 200,000 SF children’s medical center. The ground floor has an ambulatory surgery center with 10 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms designed around children’s services. The street level incorporates a combination of retail and food services to comply with the City of Charlottesville’s architecture review board mandates. The upper floors are combinations of clinical services and medical office building services designed around children’s needs. Project includes a green roof/terrace and has a goal of LEED® Certification – Gold Level. Scheduled for completion April 2014.
