Renovation of an historical school building containing approximately 77,000 SF.  The project scope includes interior demolition and abatement, replacement of interior and exterior doors and windows, upgrades to HVAC and all major M/E/P building systems, alterations to meet ADA requirements, and new elevators. The project will also include a new recreational center, museum/cultural center, office space for tenant fit-outs, and a 2-level table-top parking deck.  Scheduled for completion April 2012.
