This project includes the replacement of the existing steam system which provides heat to eleven buildings throughout the 82 acre campus. Included is the installation of 8,000 linear feet of preinsulated, direct-buried, steam piping and fifteen, 32,000 lb. precast concrete manholes. The work also includes tie-ins to the existing heat system of each building while maintaining occupancy.  Scheduled for completion January 2012.
