Addition/installation of a new four-stop elevator to the exterior of a historical church (built in 1910) and renovations to the electrical and fire alarm systems within the existing facility as well as the installation of a new front entry to the existing educational wing. Specific challenges of the project included an extremely tight worksite, deep excavation, relocation of existing utilities, as well as the safety concerns and minimal disruptions to the daily operations.
