Over the past 22 years, Kjellstrom + Lee Construction has constructed four projects for Tindall Concrete including new construction, additions and expansions, and alterations to their Dinwiddie County facility. Projects include:
Production and Storage Facilities Expansions:
This project includes new office and support spaces, state-of-the-art rebar bending areas, the expansion of an underground fuel facility, quality control laboratory, electrical infrastructure upgrades, and 30 acres of additional storage capacity services by Mi-Jack cranes.
26-Acre Precast Manufacturing Facility: This project includes a 15,000 SF, 2-story office building, a utility/laboratory building (3,000 SF), a ready mix concrete batch plant and auxiliary supporting structures, and a production area consisting of an outdoor concrete slab (approximately 60,000 SF).
Precast Manufacturing Facility - 1996 Addition:
A 35,000 SF addition to the existing manufacturing facility includes an 80' utility tunnel addition, new storage area, runways, and associated sitework.
Precast Manufacturing Facility, Phase II: An expansion to the existing precast concrete plant consists of 60,000 SF.
