This new parking garage, built for the City of Williamsburg, VA, is a three-level, post-tensioned, cast-in-place facility using a flat slab and beam design to create 60’ long spans.  The foundation system utilized auger cast piles, pile caps, and grade beams.  The garage is located in a  residential/shopping district with site limits of 10’ from the property to the face of the building.  The project was finished on time and includes provisions for 362 cars.
